Vox News is reporting on how the ultra-wealthy could use their own private “concierge doctors” to get access to the vaccine before it’s their turn -- and before frontline workers and first responders have gotten their inoculations.
California governor Gavin Newsom has vowed to fight against it, saying this kind of backdoor dealing won’t stand.
But many Americans are okay with one set of rules for the wealthy and another for the rest of us. With literal lives on the line (and the “concierge doctors” in question wanting nothing more than to stay anonymous), we think this question deserves huge attention from the American people.
