The last few days have been chaotic and uncertain, but let me be clear: Trump must be removed from office immediately. We can never repeat the tragic events of January 6, 2021.

I support:

✔️ Invoking the 25th Amendment;
✔️ Impeaching Donald Trump, if members of his Cabinet are too cowardly to take action, and;
✔️ Standing with Rep. Cori Bush to censure and expel Members of Congress who incited violence and tried to subvert democracy.

Donald Trump encouraged his supporters to stage a violent assault on the U.S. Capitol — an act of domestic terrorism. This was the greatest threat to our democracy in over 200 years. He cannot remain in office another day. Still, Republicans refuse to hold Donald Trump accountable after enabling every abuse of power in the last four years.

That’s why it’s up to us.

It’s going to take all of us to hold Donald Trump accountable and preserve our democracy. We can start with removing Trump immediately — and get to work repairing the damage he’s done.
