I cannot even believe that I am writing to tell you this, but undocumented workers could seriously end up at the back of the line for the COVID vaccine. Recently, the Nebraska governor said that undocumented immigrants will be “at the back of line” to receive the COVID vaccine.

Many undocumented essential workers are risking their lives on the frontlines. But some states are refusing to prioritize the health of those they depend on. No one should be denied a vaccine due to their immigration status. The virus does not discriminate - why should states discriminate when they distribute the vaccines? We will not tolerate any discrimination in vaccine distribution! Sign this petition to demand COVID vaccines for undocumented workers.

Hundreds of undocumented folks work in front line jobs that are high-risk facilities, such as poultry plants or factory farms and waiting longer to get the COVID vaccine, could risk the lives of many. In fact, they deserve high priority given their risk of exposure. Get your friends to take immediate action!
