We need your vote. Not for an election, but instead for the chance at winning grant funding that would help People For the American Way Foundation accelerate the growth of our programs, including our youth leadership programs that help to empower and provide resources to the next generation of progressive leaders.
For the past 15 years, our programs have cultivated progressive leaders who tackle today’s problems with an eye on the future.
Focused on bold and common-sense solutions to addressing problems that have plagued our nation for decades or longer, these young leaders work to address issues like climate change, racial justice, gender equity, criminal justice reform, LGBTQ equality, workers’ rights, and so much more.
Equipping these leaders with the solutions and skills necessary to create long-term and sustained change is what it’s all about. We offer practical, uncomplicated tools to help ensure that the American Way is attainable, equitable, and just for all.
The years ahead will inevitably be a test for our nation. Whether we continue moving our country forward by fighting hard to enact the bold and progressive change that we so desperately need, or whether we concede any ground and allow regressive politics to diminish our progress once again.
