ARC is honored to be part of the National Football League's (NFL) Inspire Change Initiative. We are grateful for the NFL's dedication to uplifting criminal justice reform across our nation. Congratulations to the 13 new recipients and organizations receiving support as part of Inspire Change!

We are excited to continue our partnership with the NFL and the Los Angeles Rams as they have been leading partners in Second Chance hiring. This support led to many ARC members being hired to build the new SoFi Stadium, featured in this video that aired on NFL Network.
We are grateful to all of our partners in our Second Chance Apprenticeship Readiness Program, including the LA Federation of Labor, Miguel Contreras Foundation, Southwest College, the LA/OC Building and Construction Trades Council, and the U.S. Department of Labor.  

This Wild Card Weekend, ARC's work will be featured in a piece as part of Inspire Change. The spot will premiere tomorrow, January 9, at 1:40pm PST during the Los Angeles Rams / Seattle Seahawks game and will run throughout the postseason. Be sure show your support and cheer the Rams to victory!
