One More 2020 Policy Win: Governor Signed TCE Ban!
Thank you to everyone who reached out to urge Governor Cuomo to sign our legislation prohibiting the use of toxic trichloroethylene in New York State. He signed it into law on December 23rd! This was our third bill signed into law by the Governor in 2020 as part of the JustGreen Partnership, protecting our communities from exposure to toxic chemicals across New York State.
