BMWED ALLIED FED FILES LAWSUIT OVER CSX'S TIMETRAX PAYROLL SYSTEM
Brothers and Sisters,

Our Union has been fighting CSXT's implementation of the new TimeTrax
payroll system since the Carrier unilaterally put it into place in
mid-November 2020. Prior to implementation, we demanded to bargain over
TimeTrax and pointed out many flaws with the way our members would be
required to report time and receive pay. CSXT rebuffed our demand to
bargain and dismissed our repeated warnings that the TimeTrax program
would cause pay shortages, and that many members would be harmed.

Unfortunately, the problems that we predicted would occur with the
TimeTrax program have come true. Since CSXT rolled out its TimeTrax
program, the Membership has been greatly disrupted and harmed.
Incredibly, even though these problems are getting worse, the Carrier
continues to refuse our demand to suspend the use of the TimeTrax
program so that we can mutually fix those problems and make sure they
do not happen again. CSXT's actions and the harm its failed program is
causing the Membership is intolerable...
