Dear Actors Fund Friends, On Wednesday, we witnessed what so many have feared: a violent and political attack on the Capitol and our democratic values. Despite this insurrection, our country’s representatives confirmed the results of the November 3 election of President-Elect Biden and Vice President-Elect Harris. This conclusion shows that when we vote, when we advocate for social justice, fairness and decency, we are doing the work of democracy. And take heart that by supporting The Actors Fund, you are supporting work that helps people throughout our country overcome seemingly insurmountable challenges. While we don’t know what may occur in the coming weeks, we hope you continue to take care of yourselves and each other. Stay close to those you love and respect, and find encouragement in those who inspire us to do good. Thank you for being a part of The Actors Fund community. Eleven O'Clock Number: Game Night Live! Join Patti Murin and Colin Donnell to celebrate the release of "Eleven O'Clock Number", a new red wine collaboration they worked on with Nocking Point Wines, as they participate in a virtual game night to support the arts and entertainment industry! Patti and Colin will join Nocking Point Wines co-founder Stephen Amell and a company of friends from the Broadway community, the CW’s Arrow and more to present a one-night only livestream of the Drunken Artists Drinking Game. Hosted by Laura Heywood (@BroadwayGirlNYC), the evening will feature participants playing a wine-infused Broadway-themed game where they will draw a picture representing a Broadway musical title and try to get everyone else to guess it in the quickest time possible. Players include Jelani Alladin, Annaleigh Ashford, Sara Bareilles, Laura Benanti, Alex Brightman, Michelle Buteau, Kerry Butler, Reeve Carney, Donna Lynne Champlin, Michelle Collins, Gavin Creel, Jenna Dewan, Mike Doyle, Scott Evans, Jamie Grayson, Justin Guarini, Erika Henningsen, Nikki M. James, Steve Kazee, Celia Keenan-Bolger, Telly Leung, Alison Luff, Rob McClure, S. Epatha Merkerson, Eva Noblezada, Kelli O'Hara, David Ramsey, Andrew Rannells, Josh Segarra, Max Von Essen and Alex Wyse. 100% of proceeds from the event will go to The Actors Fund, Black Theatre United and Project ALS (in honor of Rebecca Luker). In addition to the proceeds from game night, Nocking Point Wines will also be supporting the entertainment industry by making a further donation to each charity from the sale of the wine. The event will talk place on Zoom, and a link will be included in your e-ticket.
