Dear Friend,
I’m writing to you with an important update on J Street’s 2021 National Conference.
After careful consideration, the 2021 Conference -- our most important event of the year, and our first-ever virtual conference -- will now be held on April 18-19.
While the conference was originally scheduled for late February, our team has made this decision to ensure we can deliver the richest and most engaging virtual event possible, taking full advantage of some of the new systems and platforms that have been rapidly developing during the pandemic to help take virtual gatherings to the next level.

While the date has changed, our commitment to delivering the most accessible, engaging and interactive conference ever has not.
Our 2021 virtual conference will mark a crucial moment for the pro-Israel, pro-peace movement, for the American Jewish community and for pro-diplomacy progressives across the country. For the first time, pro-Israel, pro-peace J Street endorsees will hold the White House and majorities within the majority party in both the House and Senate.
Taking place just a few months into the start of the Biden administration, our conference will bring together political leaders, top policymakers, inspiring activists, key experts and our Israeli and Palestinian allies at the forefront of the drive to advance Israeli-Palestinian peace, confront the occupation and shape a new era of diplomatic progress abroad and democratic values at home.
Together, we’ll analyze the situation on the ground and the initial steps taken by the administration, the challenges we face and how we can best organize to advance our priorities in the year ahead. We’ll speak with partners across the Jewish community and the progressive movement about how we can not only repair the wreckage of the Trump era, but build a better future rooted in social justice, equality and the pursuit of peace. The conference will offer in-depth discussions and strategy sessions, practical skills trainings and opportunities to meet with committed members of our movement across the United States, Israel and the Palestinian territory and beyond.
In the weeks ahead, we’ll be sharing exciting high-profile speaker commitments with you as they come in. We hope that this conference can engage more of our supporters than ever before -- and we hope to see you there!
Thank you,
Christine Beresniova
