But already Planned Parenthood has appealed this case to the Supreme Court.


And a California jury has awarded the abortion giant millions more. We’ve filed an appeal in federal appeals court to reverse this injustice.


A new report astonishingly shows that nearly 42% of all deaths worldwide last year were from abortion. Think about that. It was not only the leading cause of death but was almost more than all other causes combined.


The legal work of the ACLJ is needed now more than ever to turn back the tide of expansive abortion – at the state level, at the federal level, and internationally.


As we prepare to go head to head against Planned Parenthood in court – including at the Supreme Court – we need YOU.
