Hi John,
Given the events this week at the UN Climate Summit and the climate strikes and action taking place around the world, it's a timely opportunity to remind you of this Friday's deadline for our Climate Action mini-grants and supports available.
GET INVOLVED!
One of the first ways you can get involved is through One World Week 2019 which takes place from December 1st to 8th 2019 this year and focuses on Climate Action. One World Week is a week of youth-led awareness raising, education and action that takes place throughout Ireland every year.
We're here to help you and the young people you work with take climate action, so make sure to take advantage of the supports on offer:
If you'd like to know more about any of the above, or have some ideas of your own on how to get involved, I'd love to hear from you!
Kind regards,
Valerie

P.S. One World Week is just one part of our ambitious new Development Education Programme Youth 2030. We're excited to be joining forces with Irish Aid, Concern Worldwide, Maynooth University, and Trócaire to build the capacity of the youth sector in the area of Development Education over the next three years, so we'll be in touch with more exciting Youth 2030 initiatives!
