Hi John - right now, BP are bombarding the public with greenwash ads, trying to convince us all they're not climate wreckers.

At the same time, they're out there digging up new oil and gas, and digging us deeper into the climate emergency. It's an absolute scandal that oil companies like BP are still advertising while we're tackling this crisis they've created.

Let's create a groundswell of massive public support to get oil company ads like these taken down for good. They have no place in our society anymore.

This is BP's biggest ad campaign in over a decade. They've got billboards, magazine ads, tv ads, online ads - the lot.

These ads are greenwash, pure and simple. They make BP look like a renewable energy company when in reality they spend 97% of their money on fossil fuels.

BP are running these ads because they're worried. They've seen all those people out on the street demanding radical climate action, and they know their days digging for oil are numbered.

But they're fighting like hell to protect their dirty business for as long as possible - and advertising is a key part of their strategy. Let's make sure it doesn't work. Let's get rid of all oil and gas advertising for good.

Add your name so advertisers can see we want oil company ads taken down for good: [link removed]

BP's business is a threat to hundreds of millions of people around the world. We already have far more oil and gas than our planet can afford for us to burn - and yet BP are still planning on spending $70 billion searching for new fossil fuels.

This year, tens of thousands of us have taken action against BP to force them to go 100% renewable or to shut down. We've blockaded their HQ, occupied their rig at sea, and flooded their social media pages with protest messages. Now let's take on their greenwash advertising.

Add your name if you agree that climate-wrecking oil giants like BP shouldn't be allowed to advertise anymore: [link removed]

Thanks, John. I'll be in touch about this again very soon.
