We are hearing that Speaker Pelosi will hold a conference call with the House Democratic caucus tomorrow at noon DC time (9am PST) to discuss impeachment and/or the 25th amendment against Trump. This is a time where constituent pressure can have a significant impact, but it needs to land in their offices tonight or tomorrow morning. If you haven't communicated yesterday's CTA calling for impeachment or 25th Amendment should try to get that into MoC offices tonight. 

At this moment it doesn't look likely that the 25th amendment will be invoked against Trump. But even in the face of the continued abdication of duty by the executive branch, our legislators must serve their constituents by moving forward with impeachment. Speaker Pelosi said today that she may pursue impeachment if Pence fails to remove Trump from duty via the 25th amendment, and we demand that she follow through. Like many crises before, this one has made clear that every day Trump remains in office is dangerous to America and its people. He must be impeached immediately. 

We've been calling for impeachment since we learned of Trump's criminal phone call to Georgia Secretary of State Raffensperger, seeking to get him to overturn the results of the election. That was 5 days ago - can you believe it? We also asked you to call for impeachment yesterday in response to the coup attempt. We're asking you to call again by 9am in this critical moment - use the same script below or your own words. 

Call your Members of Congress TODAY and tell them: Impeach Trump for his attempts to overturn the election!
