Friend,

Yesterday, at the urging of the President and more than half of the Republican caucus in Congress, domestic terrorists attacked our Capitol and our Democracy.

Thankfully, myself, my staff, and everyone who sheltered in place at the Capitol are safe.

But what we saw yesterday was violence encouraged and incited by the President and Republican members of Congress who attempted to overturn the results of a fair and free election. They betrayed their oaths of office, and now, they must face the consequences.

That's why Congresswoman Cori Bush has introduced a resolution to expel every member of Congress who supported Trump's coup -- and I'm standing with her.

Add your name as a co-signer of Rep. Cori Bush's bill and join us in demanding that those responsible for the insurrection are investigated and expelled from Congress. >> [link removed]

The members of Congress who supported Donald Trump's lies and raised campaign dollars on conspiracy theories have betrayed the American people. They have no business serving in Congress. >> [link removed]

Those GOP members who incited yesterday's domestic terror attack betrayed their oaths of office. If you agree, sign your name in support of the bill to expel those members of Congress today. >> [link removed]

Thank you,
Nydia
