Dear John,
Yesterday's insurrection in the U.S. Capitol was a traumatic moment for our communities. Living through that political climate, we recognize the effects of living through such chaotic and tumultuous times. We were honored to host a brief community check-in with Mayra Barragán-O'Brien, AMFT of undocumental.health ([link removed]) on Instagram where Mayra led us in some grounding exercises, debriefed the news as a community, and discussed the impact on our mental health.

In addition, we want to lift up our mental health resources for our community navigating these challenging times.
* Our Mental Health Connector ([link removed]) provides undocumented young people in California with free psychological support by connecting them with experienced, licensed professionals.
* Our Wellness Gatherings ([link removed]) are a virtual safe space for undocumented young people to stay grounded and connected to one another.
* And we have a resource page ([link removed]) linking our community to free resources all over to help them stay grounded and achieve their wellness goals.
We believe firmly in the resilience of our community, and we sincerely hope that our resources will provide to be valuable in these challenging times.
