Yesterday was a mixed bag of emotions for many of us. One moment we were celebrating flipping the Senate and the next we were watching a pathetic attempt at a coup by Trump’s supporters at the capitol.

My mom once said that the enemy acts their worst when they know they are about to lose it all—that is what we witnessed yesterday. White supremacy grasping at relevancy in a world moving toward stripping away its power once and for all.

So where do we go from here?

We believe the sky is the limit but it will take strategy, tenacity, and patience to hold the next administration to the climate mandate and get the Green New Deal we deserve.
