Pack your suitcase - we’re headed for the 1950s! Throughout this fun-filled and educational play, audiences will discover what life was like as a newly arrived migrant to Australia. Filled with exciting characters, physical comedy and song. Me and Bonegilla will take
you on a journey you won’t forget.

The Arc memorial sculpture

More than 1000 plaques have now been placed on The Arc memorial sculpture. Paying tribute to individuals, couples and families that migrated to Bonegilla between 1947 and 1971.

If you would like to purchase a plaque for your family on The Arc memorial sculpture, visit our website and download the application form or for any questions contact the Welcome Centre on (02) 6020 6912.

Courage and willpower recognised

The latest person to be recognised with a plaque on The Arc memorial sculpture is the late Josef Stelc who fled a communist run Czech Republic and later came to live at the Bonegilla Migrant Centre.

His wife and two daughters will acknowledge his bravery with a plaque. Read more here.
