We have an exciting opportunity available for an individual to join our Employment and Skills Team ???

We are recruiting an Employer Engagement and Apprenticeship officer to support a newly secured externally funded project?(Fixed term to February 2023)
? ?
Supporting the Way to Work ESF projects, the post holders will manage a range of partners and engage employers focused on construction but also covering a broad range of employment sectors.
? ?
Reporting to Senior Employer Engagement & Apprenticeship Officer, the post holder will help delivery partners to progress unemployed?residents into employment.?
? ??
The post holders will ensure that the project's outcomes and targets are delivered on time and within budget. The post holder to work closely with the managers of each of the delivery partners to create opportunities for project participants that move them towards and into employment. The successful candidate will monitor partner activity and support the Project Managers to ensure that the?requirements of ESF are met.?

The post holder will be based at Loxley House in Nottingham, but will be expected to spend much of their time off site generating opportunities with employers or with project partners.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:?
  • A proven track record of working within an employment and skills delivery environment.
  • Experience of working with employers, generating skills and employment opportunities for unemployed project participants
  • Experience of performance, financial and data management, monitoring and reporting.
  • Good communication and leadership skills
