A taxpayer in WNY saw it was wrong for Andrew Cuomo to enjoy box-seat, in-person Bills football - while the rest of Buffalo was shut out and closed down. One petition and 40,000 signatures later, a regular guy kicked Andrew Cuomo out of the Bills Playoff Game.
