Friend,

Today I am objecting to the certification of the Electoral College due to a lack of integrity in the presidential election. This has nothing to do with politics and everything to do with upholding and protecting the voices of the American people.

Numerous states changed their election laws apart from the legislature and thousands of irregularities demand further investigation to ensure they are legitimate votes. This is NOT a partisan movement. This is a movement to ensure our democracy was not cheated, to bring confidence back to our people, and to protect the process of future elections.

Nancy Pelosi and my other Democratic colleagues have claimed to support election integrity in the past, some even objected to certifying previous election results in 2000 and 2004, but refuse to show up now. Instead of hypocritically ignoring serious irregularities, they should join us in demanding transparency in our democratic process!
