History was made last night, John.

Georgia voters sent a message against the hate and division of Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell by electing Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff to the U.S. Senate — with it, ending McConnell’s stranglehold on our government.

Make no mistake: none of this would have been possible without everything you’ve done to help Democrats win. Your donations and support fueled our efforts to flip enough GOP-held Senate seats in the last two months to make this moment a reality.

Take a moment to celebrate this historic moment. A moment in American history we can all be proud to call our own. A real chance to make change and get our country going in the right direction after years of failed GOP leadership.

Our work is far from over. We must fight together as Democrats to enact our agenda, from providing real pandemic relief to American families to taking meaningful action on climate change, student loans, racial justice, and so much more.

And we cannot forget the Senate is on a razer-edge right now. 50-50 with Kamala Harris breaking the tie as Vice President. Republicans are going to come for our candidates in battleground states like never before in 2022 and we have an opportunity to defeat some of the worst Senate Republicans as well, like Marco Rubio in Florida, Ron Johnson in Wisconsin, and others.

But today, let’s celebrate this sweet victory. We’ve said in every email and we’ve meant it every single time: THANK YOU for everything you’ve done. This grassroots community raised tens of millions of dollars that was directly put into the front lines of the fight to win the Senate.

It mattered. You mattered. You made this happen.

And we’ll do it again in 2022.
