Today's lawsuit challenges the Trump administration's assertion that waters adjacent to the San Francisco Bay are not subject to the Clean Water Act -- risking our health and paving the way for the area to be sold to Big Business and developed.

It's a sad day when the EPA looks at San Francisco Bay and doesn't see a body of water that it should protect.
