Friends,

When I was elected to Congress my goal was to serve the communities of Orange County by working across the aisle to ensure their voices were heard. That will continue to be my priority.

But, as a member of Congress, I am duty-bound to uphold and defend the Constitution. This week, President Trump allegedly sought to use Congressionally-appropriated foreign aid meant to create stability, root out corruption, and protect our national security interests in Ukraine for his own personal gain and to destroy his political opposition.

This is a betrayal of everything that the United States of America is supposed to stand for. All of these reasons, and more, are why I have come to the conclusion that we must pursue Articles of Impeachment against President Trump.

I hope my colleagues, neighbors, and friends from all sides of the political spectrum will join me in this call to action. If you also believe that it is time to pursue Articles of Impeachment against the President, I want to hear from you. →

The Constitution should not be a partisan issue. This is about the future of our democracy and defending the sanctity of our Constitution. I believe deeply that is the right action to take for our country. I hope you will join me.
