John — It’s time for the House to open an impeachment inquiry into President Trump.

This was not a decision I reached quickly or lightly. But all Americans, including the President, must adhere to the rule of law. The news this week that the President abused the power of his office, on the international stage, for his own political gain, is unacceptable.

The serious allegations following the whistleblower story about President Trump's phone call with Ukraine since last week should be thoroughly investigated in a comprehensive impeachment inquiry.
