John,
Tomorrow I will be joining with my colleagues in the House and Senate to object to the certification of electors from several states due to known improprieties, election changes, and legitimate questions before our courts about how elections were conducted.
In just one instance alone, Justice Samuel Alito questioned the constitutionality of election changes made by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Alito wrote, "That question has national importance, and there is a strong likelihood that the State Supreme Court decision violates the Federal Constitution."
Justice Alito is right and I believe these kinds of cases DESERVE TO BE HEARD and a decision rendered if we are to protect election integrity in states and counties throughout our country.
