Congressional Republicans are trying to overturn a free and fair election. We can't let them.

Hello,

Erica here. As the Voter Protection Director, it's my job to keep track of the dozens of baseless lawsuits the Trump campaign has filed objecting to the election results. That's why I'm reaching out to you today.

Tomorrow, Congress will formally count the electoral votes for president that have been certified by the states. Let's be crystal clear: Joe Biden won the election decisively with exactly 306 total electoral votes. Any effort to say otherwise is a lie and an attack on our democratic system.

But still, at least 140 House Republicans, including two from Michigan, and over a dozen Republican Senators have indicated they will publicly object to the outcome of the presidential election.

Our Democratic House majority is the only thing standing in the way of these Republican attacks, so we need to make sure we win in 2022 to continue defending our democracy. Will you chip in $10 or more to protect the Democratic House majority?

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:

Our House majority is already extremely narrow, and Michigan's congressional seats will be critical to keeping the House blue. The only way we can ensure that is with early investments from supporters like you, friend.

Rush a donation of $10 or whatever you can right away to help us protect our Democratic House majority in 2022.

Thanks so much,

Erica Peresman
Voter Protection Director
