We ask for money in a lot of these emails. We know, it gets old.

Let me explain why our fundraising is especially important right now: September 30th is the end of the quarter for the Federal Election Commission (FEC). 

This benchmark determines the future of our campaign. Other campaigns, party leadership, and pundits will look at the money we’ve raised and make judgments. 

We have real goals. We want real solutions for Montana. Now we have to show the rest of the world that we can get the job done. 

Up until this point, we have raised nearly $10,000. This is a huge accomplishment. But it’s not nearly enough. It can cost, on average, more than one million dollars to win a congressional campaign. 

The goal: to raise $5,000 more before we submit our financial reports.

John, can you help us get there? Every $5 gets us closer to our end of quarter goal.
