A Heap of Healing - Our Family Advocate and Clinical Service teams stand ready to support children and their protective caregivers with community resources and therapeutic counseling. These professionals provide free services in every step of their journey to healing. A Pinch of Prevention - Education is our greatest hope for a community free from child abuse. Our Community Educators provide programs for children and adults in how to recognize, resist, react, and report abuse. However, those who don't itemize deductions may take a charitable deduction of up to $300 for cash contributions made in 2020 to qualifying organizations (religious, charitable, educational, scientific or literary in purpose). The law changed in this area due to the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act. The CARES Act also temporarily suspends limits on charitable contributions and temporarily increases limits on contributions of food inventory.
