Wow, did you see the news from this weekend?

In an extraordinary call, President Trump threatened Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger in an attempt to force him to overturn Georgia’s presidential election results.

Yesterday, I was sworn in as a member of the 117th Congress, and all of us took a pledge to protect and defend the Constitution. Only hours later, we learned about this latest attack from Trump on our democracy. That’s why I am cosponsoring a resolution that will censure President Trump’s actions -- an official rebuke from the House.

In the coming days, I’ll be fighting back on the House floor against the seditious Republican plan to overturn the will of the people and steal the election.
