John -- this has been a HUGE quarter for our campaign. Here are some highlights:


JULY
Gov. Haslam said he wouldn't enter the race, making this a real pick-up opportunity for James.
Trump endorsed a Republican opponent, Bill Hagerty -- before he had even announced!



AUGUST
The Tennessean ran an awesome op-ed that called James "the candidate our state needs."
Emmylou Harris performed at a benefit concert for James and told the crowd that change would only come if we all work together to win this race.

SEPTEMBER
Hagerty FINALLY announced his campaign himself with the support of Washington special interests.
A national veterans organization endorsed James, calling him a "tremendous pick for senator."
The next big FEC deadline is less than a week away on September 30th!

This race is really ramping up, and we can't afford to slow down now.
