ChallengeHER is coming to Crystal City, Virginia on October 24, 2019 to share information about growth opportunities in government contracting with women-owned small businesses, in addition to how one can participate in the SBA?s Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Federal Contracting program.
Held annually during National Women's Small Business Month (October), ChallengeHER is free for all registrants as part of a national initiative to promote the WOSB Federal Contracting program and bring more women-owned firms into the federal government?s supply chain. At the same time, the event provides an avenue for government agencies to meet qualified women-owned small business contractors.
Enjoy learning from a panel of government buyers and discovering the benefits of mentoring and networking, while growing your awareness of available trainings tailored to your particular level of knowledge. Also gain an understanding of how to make the most of face-to-face meetings with federal agency, prime contractor, and state government representatives.
