Today is one of my favorite days of the year, team, but it's also one of the busiest for us at Battleground Texas.

It's National Voter Registration Day and we've been planning our events across the state for months.

We're registering voters throughout Texas, focusing specifically on communities who throughout history have been systematically disenfranchised by Republican politicians in our state -- voters of color and young voters -- because we know that Texas is better when everyone can make their voices heard.
The truth is, this is the kind of day-to-day work that's going to change the face of politics in our country.

If you want to make Texas a true battleground state, you need to invest in the groundwork it takes to make it happen.

So I'm asking you -- on National Voter Registration Day -- to help fund our efforts to make sure Democrats have a fighting shot in the Lone Star State:
