State Senator Kirk deViere, a U.S. Army veteran, settled in Fayetteville, North Carolina in 2000 and immediately started serving his community. He co-chairs a community coalition to address poverty called Pathways to Prosperity and is the Vice President of the Braxton Bragg chapter of the Association of the U.S. Army. He’s been serving as North Carolina State Senator since 2018, and just won his campaign for re-election!
