Dear John,

Today I was sworn in to serve another term as your Senator. This wouldn't have been possible without your continued support, and I'm so grateful for the trust you've put in me once again.

Representing the great state of Delaware is the honor of my life. Whether you're a Democrat, a Republican, or an Independent, I look forward to the chance to continue to serve you.

We have our work cut out for us in the term ahead. We need to stop the spread of COVID-19, get our economy back on track, enact criminal justice reform, combat climate change, and more.

In November, voters sent a clear message that it's time to find a new way to work together in Washington to solve the many challenges we face. I am confident that with the Biden administration leading the way, we can make progress on these issues and build back our country.

I am ready to get to work with all of my colleagues -- Republicans and Democrats alike -- to fight for a better future for you and your family.
