** Dear John,
------------------------------------------------------------
You still have time to join us for today’s Teaching Tolerance webinar, Teaching Hard History in Grades K–5, at 3:30 p.m. CT! Register here ([link removed]) .

We’ll introduce you to our brand-new Teaching Hard History: American Slavery framework for grades K–5. You’ll learn how our elementary framework centers the stories of enslaved people to teach the history of American slavery in a way that is both age-appropriate and accessible. You’ll also gain strategies for teaching about topics like freedom, race, enslavement and resistance while avoiding common pitfalls.

If you can’t join us live, the webinar will be available to watch on demand shortly after it ends.

Thanks for all you do for students.
Maureen B. Costello Director, Teaching Tolerance
