There's no way around this, friend: I just spoke with my team, and they let me know that unless we see a serious increase in grassroots donations, we're on track to fall short of our critical fundraising goal again.

With Nate Silver's FiveThirtyEight confirming that Democrats can flip Georgia blue and take back the Senate, we can't afford to miss this goal and throw away our last shot at ending Mitch McConnell's extremist majority. Entire families - entire futures - are on the line in this election.

But my Republican opponent is spending millions of her own fortune to defeat me - and McConnell-aligned dark-money groups are flooding the airwaves with attack ads to keep this seat red. Now, a recent poll shows me losing ground in a race that will decide Senate control.

That's why tonight's midnight deadline couldn't be more important: If we fall short - again - we could permanently fall behind, lose this race in three days and give McConnell and the GOP another two years in power.

The only way we can turn this around is with the help of this grassroots team. We've got no corporate PACs or lobbyists swooping in to save us, no dirty money - just the power of people like you.
