School is a Happy Place for 5-Year-Old Tra in Vietnam

Tra is a happy 5-year-old child living in Ba To, an impoverished,
mountainous district in Vietnam. Incomes in the area are unstable and,
as a result, food is scarce. Treacherous roads deter children from
attending school. Fortunately, Rise Against Hunger meals served at Tra's
school have led to an uptick in attendance. Tra says, "I like going to
school because there I meet many friends and teachers." Read her story

We agree with the United Nations: Promoting literacy is absolutely
critical to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, including SDG
