We’re just hours away from the end of 2020 and the start of a new year. Whether you’re looking forward to 2021 or are just thankful 2020 is ending, this is a night for us to have hope for the future.
Our vision at Prison Fellowship® is to give all affected by crime and incarceration a future through reconciliation to God, their families, and their communities.
Like Eric, prisoners are making plans for success. Even “lifers” who don’t have a release date to look forward to are able to wake up each day with a hope that can come only from Jesus Christ. On the outside, Prison Fellowship programs like Angel Tree® are sharing that hope with prisoners’ families. And, our advocacy team speaks out for justice that restores.
This year, with the entire world affected by COVID-19, we saw God moving despite lockdowns and social distancing. Through people like you who prayed and donated, we were able to find new ways to remember prisoners and all of those affected by crime and incarceration.
We are looking forward to 2021. With your continued support, we hope to:
- Deliver 100,000 Bibles behind bars to prisoners.
- Send 4,380 prisoners through the Prison Fellowship Academy®.
- Impact 300,000+ children through our Angel Tree programs.
