Donald Trump is taking a few last swings at our environment and the vital protections we have built together on his way out the door.

First, Trump put climate denying cronies in charge of our National Climate Assessment and other vital reports on climate change. The last thing our
farmers, foresters, and fishermen need is a climate impact report that denies the economic impacts of climate change and fails to provide solutions.

Then, the Trump administration announced they plan to ignore established regulatory and legal safeguards to jam through drilling rights in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge before they leave office. Oil and gas corporations will be able to lease federally owned land in one of America's last great wildernesses, putting a million-year-old ecosystem in peril. Drilling here would be disastrous for this fragile ecosystem and the climate -- and now, we have only a week to stop it.

Trump has proven that he will attempt to undermine science and exploit our environment until his very last day in office -- so we can't let up either. Will you chip in before midnight to start the new year strong and fund the fight ahead?

The Trump administration has launched attack after attack on our environment and the protections we worked so hard to get. Even on their way out the door they are stripping away bedrock environmental rules and protections for public lands that will take years for the Biden administration to undo. There is no other way to say this -- it's sabotage.
