You are getting a ton of emails today from non-profits, all asking for your
support.

A number of them have $$ matches, similar to our $150,000 match running in
December -- BTW, we are only $10,000 away!

Some are looking towards the new administration as an opportunity to make
change, with agendas spelled out like ours:

* Overturn the Trump administration’s Dirty Water Rule, which threatens small
streams and wetlands nationwide.
* Ensure clean, safe, affordable drinking water for all -- critical at any
time, but especially during a pandemic.
* Invest equitably in healthy rivers to provide jobs and economic opportunity
in communities nationwide.

A few even have notable victories they are talking about, just like we’re
excited to tell you about how, along with our amazing partners, we recently
helped move forward the biggest dam removal in history, on the Klamath River. Or
how we celebrated the introduction of legislation that will protect over 300
miles of rivers in Montana.

But how many organizations are fighting to protect and restore rivers all across
the country? How many are working to ensure clean water and healthy rivers
everywhere, for everyone?

Well, I know one.
