We will continue to decriminalize all drugs, reform federal marijuana laws, legalize marijuana in more states, and repair the harms of prohibition.

We will remove aggressive policing, criminalization, and incarceration as the default tools for dealing with drugs and drug use and reform policing practices rooted in the drug war, especially ones designed to target, harass, and kill Black, Latinx, and Indigenous people.

We will dignify the lives of people who use drugs, protect their freedom and autonomy, and invest in non-punitive alternatives to address problematic drug use.
