Hi Friends - We have some important events coming up!
- We will host our last Meet the Candidate Series Event at West Sixth Brewing this Sunday at 3pm with Sheri Donahue. This will be an informal round-table event. Come hang out, have a beer, and talk about the election or whatever. RSVP HERE - https://www.facebook.com/events/2388560664524650/
- Also, something we believe is very important - BGAA (along with a coalition of organizations) is participating in Doors for Democracy. We will be leading canvassing efforts on October 5th! BGAA has ~5,000 Facebook members and ~1,500 on the newsletter list. We don't require dues and don't ask much from our members, but if you are a member of BGAA, we strongly encourage you to participate in at least one canvassing event. If you are unable to canvas, there are other things you can do to help (prepare canvas materials, enter data, etc.).
