Friend,

Donald Trump has proven, once again, that he will do literally anything to save himself.

In a conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, he pushed for an investigation into one of his Democratic rivals, Joe Biden.

Trump has repeatedly abused his power, broken the law, and cozied up to foreign powers to get what he wants. Congress must do their job. Tell Speaker Pelosi and Democratic leadership to investigate Trump’s crimes immediately. [link removed]

In 2016, it was asking Russia to interfere with our election. Now Trump is asking Ukraine to get involved in the Democratic primary. If we can reiterate: these are crimes. It is illegal for the President of the United States to welcome interference by a foreign country into our democratic processes. It was illegal in 2016. It’s still illegal in 2019. Congress must take action — standing by is not an option.

The fact that we are even in this position is a complete failure of our political system — one that Tom is running to fix. But we need to band together right now, and demand action on impeachment from leadership in the House. We’re running out of time. [link removed]

In solidarity,

Team Tom
