Hey --we have less than 12 hours to go and we're 73% of the way to hitting our year-end goal! We just need 400 WisDems supporters to become monthly donors before midnight. Will you be one of them?

Yes, I'll start a monthly donation to WisDems right away!

For a few bucks every month, you'll help ensure we don't have to cut critical programs or staff in the new year. This will allow us to continue building neighborhood teams, continue talking to voters, and continue building power year-round.

That's the only way we'll continue to win in a crucial swing state like Wisconsin. Sign up before midnight.

For a powerful 2021,
Ben

P.S. -- Reminder: all WisDems monthly donors will go up on the Donor Wall I'm putting up in my office in the new year. (more on that below)

Hey WisDems supporter,

Ben Wikler here -- Chair of the Democratic Party of Wisconsin.

I've been writing to you all year, asking you to volunteer your
valuable time. Asking you to donate your hard-earned money.
Asking you to go *all in* to defeat Trump and flip Wisconsin
blue.

And every time I've written, you have risen to the occasion. I'm
incredibly grateful for this.

Together, we hired an unprecedented number of Democratic
organizers in Wisconsin. Together, we built neighborhood teams in
every corner of the state. Together, we won.

And we can't stop now.

Here are some truths:* Wisconsin remains one of the most
gerrymandered states in the country

* Wisconsin has arguably the worst U.S. Senator in America, Ron
Johnson

* Wisconsin will remain crucial for Democrats and democracy for
years to come

Bottom line is that beating Trump was a crucial, initial step in
our work. But we have a long road ahead of us in our journey to
safeguard and strengthen American democracy.

At the beginning of this month, my team and I set a goal of 1,500
new monthly donors before the end of 2020. And we're getting
close.

If just 1% of the people receiving this email donate today, we'll
hit our goal in no time. But we know that not everyone can afford
to give monthly. Especially during this pandemic that's hit
America so hard.

That's why I'm asking you directly -- will you start a
monthly today and help the WisDems hit our year-end goal?

For the cost of a couple cups of coffee a month, you'll ensure
that we don't have to cut critical programs or staff.

Supporters like you are at the heart of everything we do at the
Democratic Party of Wisconsin. We strongly believe in small "d"
democracy. We want every voice to be heard. We want to empower
everyone to get involved.

We believe that democracy is one of our greatest strengths and we
seek to embody this value in our work everyday.

It's in this democratic spirit that I'm going to try something
new.

Many of you know that in this pandemic I've been working from my
basement. It's a room covered with maps of the state of Wisconsin
and not much else.

Starting in 2021, my basement office is going to change!

To remind myself of the people who power the WisDems, I'm going
to put up a "Donor Wall" in my office. It'll be a printout of
every monthly donor's name so that I'm always centering our
people-powered movement.

So, become a WisDems monthly donor and get your name on the
"Donor Wall" in my office!

It's something that I'll look at every single day as I have the
conversations and make the decisions that will shape the future
of our party. A future that we'll build together.
