We are just hours away from the close of 2020, a year that has no doubt been tough for everyone.

But right now, I am feeling optimistic about 2021 – we have real opportunities on the horizon to protect our health and our environment.

Here at EWG, we have asked a lot from you this year, and you’ve come through every time – thank you. I hate to ask for more help, but Jocelyn let me know that we’re still short – $28,683 – of our 2020 fundraising goal with just nine hours till midnight. That’s $3,187 per hour.

We’ve hit some incredible headwinds – the outgoing administration has rolled back more than 100 environmental policies, including the Clean Power Plan, drinking water protections and a proposed ban on the hazardous pesticide chlorpyrifos. But at EWG, we’re resolved to stand our ground and to protect your health and our environment with all our might. But that will take financial resources.
