December 31, 2020
DEAR FRIENDS,
It’s December 31st, and while most people are preparing to celebrate New Year’s Eve, SHARK’s team of investigators are instead preparing for multiple missions to save animals that spans more than three states.
Tonight, tomorrow and throughout the weekend, SHARK will be either be on the ground where animals are being abused or killed, or on our way to it. None of us have said, “It’s New year’s day, I don’t want to work.” Animal abuse never takes a holiday and neither does SHARK.
I am sure you are being flooded with fundraising requests by a number of animal groups. I am. What is so sad and tragic about most of those emails is that these groups, who already have millions of dollars in the bank and who are not working this holiday, don’t need your money to save lives. They need it to save themselves, for their own bloated salaries or to pay for the PR firms that they use to raise even more money that doesn’t go to help animals. It’s all just one giant scam, and it’s the animals that suffer.
And the pictures they put in their emails? Many of them don’t even belong to the group. They are either stock images or just outright taken from the internet without credit. You’ll never see that with SHARK. The pictures we send to you came from our investigators, using our cameras.
These aren't images we stole from the internet, as others do. It was our drone that filmed that dog imprisoned in a vile dog breeding facility in VA, and our undercover video from a cockfight in KY
Here’s to 2021 being about saving animals, and that the fraud and waste inside the animal protection movement finally ends.
I sincerely wish you a happy new year. Rest assured, that SHARK is on the job this holiday and working to save lives. You will hear the results of these efforts in the next few days.
