Not many hours left now until we’re in a new year. We’re breathing a sigh of relief. But! We’re also taking a big breath – there is a lot that needs to happen in 2021. Put another way, we’ve got a lot of new to embrace! There’s a new White House Administration coming. We’ve got a new and virtual Progressive Summit headed your way. Plus we’ll be adding new tools and ideas to our work. And of course there will be new challenges, new hopes, new allies, and new communities to serve. Thinking about the #NVLeg, it’s going to look and feel different too! We’ll have a new slate of first term electeds and new ways of connecting with our legislators. BBP and our allies will be advocating for new legislation to replace out-dated policies and regulations that no longer serve Nevadans. In particular, we’ll be looking closely at the drawing of new congressional and state districts through the redistricting process. 2020 has pushed us to confront and reshape all that we do and we’re ready to leave it behind. There’s a new future in 2021 and we’re inspired to get going. This year-end fundraising effort is an important part of our 2021 future. Once the clock strikes midnight, we’ll leave it behind too! So please, help us start strong and make a small gift before then. We’re headed into this new future and we’re glad you’re here with us!
