As 2020 comes to a close, we acknowledge the struggle for so many who have faced challenges to health, employment, and quality of life during the global pandemic. In response to society's pivot to an increasingly virtual world, the Center for Democracy & Technology (CDT) has fought to ensure that everyone who uses technology in their daily routines receives the protections and considerations they deserve.
