NATURAL LIVING: Create A Healthy Family In The New Year!
For three decades now I have been fortunate enough to understand how and why to live a natural lifestyle. Many people over the years have told me I look like I am in my 30s or 40s, even though I am in my 50s (56, to be exact!). I attribute this to my daily application of living a natural lifestyle, which includes not only always shopping at a health food store, but also the use of nontoxic cleaning supplies, drinking fluoride free and contaminant free water, eating organic food while avoiding numerous toxic foods, using natural remedies, visiting natural doctors, preparing delicious whole food recipes, and so, so much more.
This is, in fact, a LIFESTYLE. One worth adopting!
