The time for Congress to take action to combat climate change is now.

This is an issue that hits close to home for Illinoisians. Climate change poses an immediate threat to the Great Lakes, our drinking water, and our air quality.

I’ve been fighting to promote energy efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and ensure that all Americans have safe drinking water. But I can’t do it alone.
